Frequent questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Vender+ opens in the browser of your phone, tablet or computer. If you like, you can add a shortcut to the home screen.
Do I need to buy a barcode reader?
No. The phone camera reads the barcode. If you already own a reader, it works too.
Do I have to issue invoices through the system?
No. You can sell without setting up the fiscal part and turn NFC-e on when you need it. To issue, you use your A1 digital certificate and the CSC code from SEFAZ.
I have more than one store. Do I pay more for that?
No. The subscription covers the headquarters and every branch. The price changes only with the number of people on the team.
Who counts as a person on the plan?
Managers and attendants. The store owner, who is the administrator, does not count.
How does payment work?
The subscription is monthly, on a credit card. There is no lock-in: you cancel whenever you want and keep using it until the end of the paid period.
What if my payment is late?
You do not lose your data. After a few days late, the store becomes read only: you can view everything, but you cannot register, edit or sell until you settle. Closing the cash register and handling invoices already issued stay available.
Is my data safe?
We follow the LGPD. You can download or delete your account data whenever you want, and we use no advertising trackers.
